PACT Partnerships provide an accessible and secure data base that gives complete choice and control to vulnerable adults and children that are managing their own personal budgets in the community. This is a bespoke service that will benefit individuals and their families, who may be receiving funding from a local authority as a personal budget, or who are privately funding their care. As a PA you will have no access to potential employers, service users; PACT Partnerships will put you in the arena, and service users will find you, so increasing your employment opportunities.
Our data base will only include the profiles of PA’s with experience in the health and social care sector, who have an enhanced disclosure and who have achieved the minimum standard of mandatory training.
PACT Partnerships will showcase your abilities and skills. We will also seek to offer a career pathway for people who are looking to change careers, or who may be restarting work after a period of unemployment.
Training that will help to prepare for work in social care may include a three to six month work placement within the social care sector, opening up long term employment opportunities for all. In addition to mandatory training, further training opportunities will be made available to all PA’s registered with PACT Partnerships, including First Aid, Paediatric First Aid, 3 Module Dementia Award, Parkinson’s Disease Awareness, Stroke Awareness… and more.
